Sales Executive (Vessel Parts and Projects) About Marine Service Asia Marine Service Asia is a premier, one‑stop Vessel Service Provider and Parts Supplier based in Hong Kong. We leverage an extensive and trusted partner network across Asia, with a strategic focus on Greater China, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines. We are looking for a driven and professional individual to join our team, manage key client accounts, and actively contribute to our growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships for vessel parts and related services across our focus territories. Key Responsibilities: Execute sales plans to achieve individual objectives and surpass sales targets for vessel parts and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing inquiries, quotations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare accurate sales reports and pipeline updates for management, highlighting performance and market feedback. Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic clients to expand the company's customer base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to actively network and promote our comprehensive service and product offerings. Client Relations: Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long‑term relationships with key customers, shipyards, boat builders, manufacturers, and distributors. Conduct regular client visits and follow‑ups to ensure their needs are met and to identify up‑selling opportunities. Operational Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across internal departments—including Technical Teams, Finance, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery. Assist in resolving client issues or complaints promptly to maintain positive relationships. Requirements & Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Industry Expertise: Experience in the Marine Industry is highly preferred. Candidates from the Automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial supply sectors are also encouraged to apply. Education: Diploma or higher qualification, ideally in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Core Competencies: Drive & Attitude: Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and highly proactive with strong business acumen. Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and phone communication skills (English and Cantonese/Mandarin), with the ability to negotiate effectively. Travel: Must be open to occasional international travel within the focus regions (Greater China, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines).
