Key Responsibilities Serve as the principal point of contact for all regional distributors. Negotiate annual sales targets, pricing strategies, and marketing commitments. Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and contractual obligations. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategic alignment and promote growth. Provide training and sales support to distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and improve sell-through rates. Sales Growth & Market Development Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for individual markets. Identify and pursue new retail opportunities in department stores, specialty toy shops, e-commerce platforms, and other relevant channels. Collaborate with distributors to expand product distribution and increase market share. Marketing Coordination Partner with the Marketing team to ensure effective execution of local campaigns. Oversee distributor-led marketing activities to maintain brand consistency. Gather and provide market feedback to inform global marketing initiatives. Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies. Collect consumer insights to refine product and marketing strategies. Prepare regular sales forecasts and market performance reports for management review. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on managing distributors in the Greater China region. Experience in the toy, consumer goods, or retail industries is preferred. Strong understanding of the Greater China retail and e-commerce landscape. Skills: Proven negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong analytical, forecasting, and presentation abilities. Capability to work independently and willingness to travel frequently throughout the region. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken); Cantonese is a plus. Performance Indicators: Achievement of annual sales targets for the region. Growth of market share in targeted categories. Successful execution of distributor-led marketing and promotional initiatives. High levels of distributor satisfaction and long-term retention. #J-18808-Ljbffr
