(Banking)Branch Manager, Team Head, Relationship Manager(HKD$45k-$90k) (TL) Branch Manager Responsible for leading, developing and managing a branch to ensure achievement of the business objectives. Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience and encourage customer migration to alternative channels. Ensure strict alignment to global standards; operate with the highest standards that meet all regulatory requirements and ensure that the front line employees act as the first line of defense by having the right conversations with customers. Supervise branch staff to achieve business targets through sales activities. Oversee daily branch operation. Requirements University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline Least 3 years of banking management experience Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers and manage complex interactions effectively Familiar with retail banking products and services Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Team Head Formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans for the platform sales staff and lead the team to achieve the assigned KPIs as well as direct them to maximize service quality and productivity. Identify potential customers and groom them into Prestige Banking customers to maximize the customer loyalty and satisfaction. Assist the District Branch Manager to manage and enhance capabilities/professionalism of the sales staff and provide coaching/support to them. Organize various promotional activities for acquiring new business. Keep abreast of latest compliance requirements and recommend remedial actions when necessary. Requirements University level education is an advantage HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least passes in Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above) plus relevant work experience IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8 is preferred (Not must, before on board) Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
