Branch - Team Head, Relationship Management Implement business plans to lead team to achieve preset sales targets and objectives Generate new business for the branch Identify customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services Provide high quality customer service and professional advise in the best interests of customers Ensure branch sales are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines Requirements University graduate, preferably with CFMP or CFP qualification Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer Passes in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in banking sector, with at least 5 years of sales and marketing position in retail banking field Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage This position is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme which is implemented by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
