(Stock Code: 3328) is one of the oldest banks in China, also acting as one of the country’s banknote-issuing institutions. The bank was listed on the Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchanges in 2005 and 2007 respectively. At present, BOCOM comprises 30 provincial branches across provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, plus a network of 2,637 operating locations in 173 cities and 112 counties nationwide. Beyond China, BOCOM has established overseas centres in Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul, Frankfurt, Macau, Ho Chi Minh City, and Sydney; one subsidiary bank in the U.K. and one representative office in Taipei. BOCOM’s development strategy is to become a first-class listed universal banking group focusing on international expansion and specializing in wealth management. Section Head, Branch Operational Policy & Process Governance Lead the team to monitor the branch business process re-engineering projects, manage the user acceptance test and system deployment preparations Manage projects covering a broad range of business initiatives and operational functions Work with stakeholders to identify and analyse opportunities for continuous improvement and idea implementation Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines Minimum 8 years' banking experience of which at least 5 years in leadership position in the area of Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Management Understand the business and provide brainstorm ideas for the innovation projects to proceed with Good leader and team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills PMP and Six Sigma certification qualifications are preferred Good in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese Data held by the Bank relating to employment applications will be kept confidential and used only for consideration of applications.
