(Station in China & Overseas) Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role Our clients are looking for an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead HR, administrative, and operational functions for their China or overseas manufacturing operations. These full‑time positions, based in China or overseas, are pivotal in managing comprehensive HR and administrative responsibilities to ensure the organization's seamless operations. What you'll be doing Develop and implement HR policies, ESG strategies, maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures to support the business objectives. Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management by offering expert HR guidance and solutions, while reviewing and improving existing HR systems and practices as needed. Collaborate closely with the factories and production team and functional heads to manage and oversee manpower supply and allocation, and guide professional coaching in handling HR issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by fostering an environment that promotes effective internal communication and implementing programs to enhance organizational engagement. Supervise and manage the people strategies, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, attendance, performance management, HR regulations, training programme, employee relations and organizational culture, and other HR related matters. Manage a team of HR and administrative professionals, to ensure smooth service delivery on a wide range of Human Resources services. Coordinate between overseas HRs and Hong Kong head office to drive efficiencies and continuously improve processes. Ensure HR management policies and employment contracts are in compliance with PRC and overseas Employment Ordinance. Resolve HR ad‑hoc tasks promptly and effectively. What we're looking for 8+ years of progressive experience in HR management and operations at managerial level. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines. Proven experience in manufacturing or factory environments, ideally in apparel and textiles multi‑national organisations and across different geographies. In‑depth knowledge of HR employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong, China and other key overseas markets. Experience in ESG is considered an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal, leadership and people management skills to navigate diverse cultural environments. Organised and maintain professionalism and handle confidential information with discretion and maturity. Proactive, analytical and problem‑solving mindset and drive changes.
