Responsibilities HR operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, on-boarding/off-boarding, attendance, staff benefits, training, and data management. Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent practices that comply with global standards and local regulations. Provide advice to senior management on HR policy matters and organizational design. Design, review, and update HR policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Build stakeholder relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with employment laws and safeguard sensitive HR data with professionalism. Contribute to employee development by organizing training programs and supporting career progression opportunities. Manage office administration, including document management, material procurement, meeting and schedule arrangement, equipment maintenance, and ensuring smooth office operation. Handle additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned or requested. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field, with at least 5 years of HR experience. Prior experience in banking / financial environment strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws, privacy regulations, and pension schemes. Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent interpersonal skills. Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office.
