SENIOR OFFICER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – ADMINISTRATION, HR & FINANCE Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Hong Kong Award for Young People (AYP), formerly known as The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, was established in 1961 as a local registered non‑profit organization. AYP is committed to providing a non‑formal education platform for young people to explore their full potential and make positive changes through outdoor training and experiential learning. Duties Perform full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll, MPF administration, tax reporting and staff roster. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records including attendance and leave records in the HRM system. Assist in HR & Administration policy implementation. Handle company secretarial duties and administrative tasks for Award Council meetings. Provide administrative support and schedule management for the Chief Executive Officer. Assist in general accounting duties related to HR and annual audit preparation. Handle all‑round office administration including organising staff functions and events. Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources / Accounting / Business Administration or relevant disciplines. At least 7 years hands‑on experience in HR and Administration. Experience in accounting and the NGO sector would be an advantage. Well‑versed in HK Employment Ordinance & MPF Schemes and other employment‑related legislations. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English. Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility. Detail‑minded and good team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Chinese word processing, Excel and PowerPoint (hands‑on experience in using HR System would be a plus). Well‑versed in IT tools and platforms, supporting efficient execution of HR and administrative functions. Independent and able to work in dynamic environment.
