Are you a senior marketing leader who knows how to turn marketing operations, martech, and digital performance into a true business growth engine? We’re hiring a Director, Marketing Operations & Performance to lead regional marketing performance, optimise digital acquisition, and elevate marketing ROI across Asia for our client in financial services. This is a high-impact regional leadership role, working closely with Digital, Brand, Data, Distribution, Operations, Technology and Transformation teams to build scalable marketing capabilities and drive revenue through data-led decision-making. 1. Marketing Operations & Performance (Asia Lead) Drive regional marketing operations, governance, workflows, CX&M reporting, and process optimisation Own marketing tools, automation systems, and lead management processes Integrate with Distribution & Operations on initiatives like onboarding, purchase journeys, client-facing systems and workflow improvements Optimise regional marketing systems, lead‑gen platforms, and budget planning with Finance 2. Paid Digital Marketing Performance Design and lead Asia’s paid digital acquisition strategy (SEM, programmatic, social, affiliates, aggregators) Establish best practices, governance, and regional performance baselines Build unified reporting and measurement frameworks across markets Track and optimise cost-per-click, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition and overall ROAS Analyse competitive digital strategies to strengthen market positioning 3. Martech Strategy & Adoption Define Asia’s martech roadmap and requirements across markets Ensure effective adoption of enterprise marketing tools and reduce martech fragmentation Drive education, capability uplift, and champion communities Partner with digital teams to improve tagging, analytics, and performance reporting Co‑lead the design and rollout of the regional digital lead management ecosystem Drive higher conversion with Distribution teams and optimise lead economics Improve cost-per-quote, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition Champion client‑centric marketing execution across digital initiatives Lead and mentor a regional team Build consistent performance reporting (OKRs, marketing efficiency, CPC → CPA metrics, digital KPIs) Ensure governance, risk management, and cross‑market alignment Represent the function in regional leadership forums Experience & Expertise 12–18+ years in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Martech, or Marketing Performance Strong experience in regional roles spanning multiple Asian markets Proven expertise in paid performance strategy, campaign optimisation, and digital ROI Strong understanding of CRMs, lead scoring, data segmentation and martech stacks Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta, DMPs, programmatic platforms Solid grasp of CPC, CPQ, CPL, CPA, ROAS and performance analytics Experience working with Distribution, Sales Ops, Client Experience or Insurance highly advantageous Excellent stakeholder management across senior levels, cross‑functional teams and diverse markets Leadership & Mindset Analytical and data‑driven, yet strategic and commercially aware Strong problem‑solver who can simplify complexity and create scalable frameworks Skilled at influencing across C‑level, regional teams, and country leaders Demonstrated ability in change management and transformation delivery Comfortable in both hands‑on and strategic environments Education & Background Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, Business, Digital, Analytics or related fields) Experience in regional transformation or enterprise‑wide marketing evolution is a plus Prior exposure to Insurance / Financial Services is an advantage Seniority level Director Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Argyll Scott by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
