Marketing Director HK$ 55-75K + performance incentives Spacebox is Hong Kong's leading on-demand storage company. We're growing fast and need a marketing leader to scale with us. Overview The Challenge: Triple customer acquisition by transforming our marketing and branding from good to exceptional. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will craft strategy with the CEO, roll out implementation, optimize systems, build the team, and drive results. Responsibilities Scale paid acquisition: 3X customer acquisition through proven digital performance channels. Optimize performance: Improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS through relentless testing. Shape positioning: Define and execute Spacebox's brand messaging (with agency/fractional CMO support). Strategic partner: Work directly with CEO on growth strategy and budget planning and deployment. Manage the team: Manage, develop and grow the existing marketing team (4 people). Qualifications 5+ years scaling paid acquisition with proven results (show us the numbers). Expert in Facebook/Google ads with strong ROAS track record. Data‑driven optimizer who lives in the metrics. Can articulate brand positioning and messaging strategy. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
