Accounting Advisory Manager, Fintech | HK$55-65k Our client is a leading financial technology group in the region. Due to continued strong growth, they are now seeking an Accounting Advisory Manager to join their Finance team in Hong Kong. About the Role Review complex accounting issues and provide expert advice on accounting standards Lead or support the implementation of new accounting standards Advise on internal controls, business processes, and policies related to accounting and financial reporting Provide guidance on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and their impact on financial reporting Conduct technical accounting research and prepare position papers/memos Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required The Successful Applicant University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained in Big 4 firms and/or the banking/financial services sector Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and US GAAP (HKFRS/IFRS knowledge is a plus) Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the region's leading fintech companies, offering long‑term career progression, professional development, and mentorship in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
