Marketing Director HK$ 55‑75K + performance incentives Spacebox is Hong Kong’s leading on‑demand storage company. We’re growing fast and need a marketing leader to scale with us. The Challenge Triple customer acquisition by transforming our marketing and branding from good to exceptional. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll craft the strategy together with the CEO and leadership team, roll out the implementation, optimise systems, build the team and drive results. What You’ll Do Scale paid acquisition: 3× customer acquisition through proven digital performance channels Optimise performance: Improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS through relentless testing Shape positioning: Define and execute Spacebox’s brand messaging (with agency/fractional CMO support) Strategic partner: Work directly with CEO on growth strategy and budget planning and deployment Manage the team: Manage, develop and grow the existing marketing team (4 people) Who You Are Must‑haves: 5+ years scaling paid acquisition with proven results (show us the numbers) Expert in Facebook/Google ads with strong ROAS track record Data‑driven optimiser who lives in the metrics Can articulate brand positioning and messaging strategy Fluent in English and Cantonese Comfortable with LTV:CAC economics You thrive on: Owning the growth number Building the business Testing and optimising daily Making bold budget calls based on data What We Offer Competitive base + performance bonuses tied to customer acquisition Direct partnership with CEO + fractional CMO support Multi‑million budget to deploy Autonomy to execute your growth playbook Award‑winning company with strong unit economics Location Approximately 5‑8 minutes’ walk from Kwai Hing MTR station.
