They are looking for a Marketing Director , leading the full spectrum of their marketing functions with a strong focus on growth. This includes CRM management, digital marketing, lead generation, brand strategy, and analytics. You will shape and execute strategies that attract new clients and strengthen long-term engagement with families and schools. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Drive CRM management and customer lifecycle optimization to improve engagement and retention. Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to generate high-quality leads. Oversee creative direction for campaigns, ensuring high professional and brand standards. Design and analyze marketing performance dashboards, providing actionable insights. Build and manage external agency/vendor partnerships where needed. Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns. Requirements 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in CRM-driven growth and lead generation. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics. Previous experience in the education sector or service industries preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
