Market Finance Director reports to Group Finance Director with matrix reporting to the Head of Market, and collaborates closely with FP&A Director, RDC Director and other cross‑functional leaders to implement initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency in the market. Key Responsibilities Provide insight into market‑level financial performance and create actionable plans to steer results. Ensure compliance with TMF corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Strategic Business Partnership Act as a financial advisor to the Market Management Team, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to align market strategies with global financial and strategic goals. Drive and/or support global strategic initiatives. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles in collaboration with FP&A, business controller and business leaders. Track performance against budget and provide variance analysis with actionable insights. Performance Management Monitor Revenue, EBITDA, cash EBITDA and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency. Support cost optimization and investment prioritization efforts. Cross‑functional Collaboration Partner with business and operations to ensure financial alignment across functions. Lead or support global and market projects and initiatives that drive value creation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
