The Repulse Bay is seeking a Director of Finance to lead strategic financial management and optimize long-term asset performance. Key Accountabilities: Financial Strategy & Advisory Partner with the Managing Director and Group Finance to develop and execute a financial strategy that maximizes revenue, profitability, and long-term asset value, while proactively identifying new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and revenue streams. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director on all financial and commercial matters, providing visibility on opportunities, risks, and the overall financial health of the property. Planning, Forecasting & Reporting Deliver comprehensive financial planning and reporting (actuals, budgets, forecasts) supported by advanced modelling and actionable insights, guiding decisions on operations, marketing, manpower, and capital investments to drive growth and profitability. Risk, Compliance & Capital Management Ensure compliance with HKFRS/IFRS, statutory requirements, group policies, licensing regulations, and ARM (Audit and Risk Management) standards, while maintaining strong auditor relationships and a robust control environment. Safeguard financial resilience by managing liquidity, working capital, credit policies, and timely receivables collection, while overseeing strategic capex projects and mitigating financial, operational, and reputational risks through strong contracts and insurance coverage. Technology & Systems Leverage PMS, CRM, EPM, Yardi and other systems to create actionable analytics, KPI dashboards, and business intelligence that drive residential and commercial performance. Lead financial system migrations in collaboration with Head Office, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy for future strategic and operational requirements. Champion continuous improvement in financial systems and tools to enhance analytical capabilities, automation, operational efficiency, and provide a competitive edge. Leadership & People Development Mentor and develop the finance team to be technically proficient, commercially astute and value-adding business partners beyond traditional accounting roles. General Requirements: University degree holder; CPA or equivalent certification is desirable. Strong knowledge of accounting controls, financial management processes, and accounting procedures, with the ability to reconcile accounts and manage fixed asset register processes. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable finance management role; prior experience in luxury hotel, F&B, or real estate is an advantage. Proficiency in accounting systems, leasing systems, and personal computer applications, with an understanding of complex finance processes and international reporting. Proven ability to communicate effectively, maintain high professional integrity, and work in an organized and timely manner. Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving skills, and people development capabilities. Fluency in English and Cantonese.
