Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate with external parties, including but not limited to auditors, fund administrators, and advisors.
  • Advise on fund structures with a focus on tax and accounting.
  • Work closely with service providers to manage accounting and tax filings.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance roles within asset management and public accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
