Leadership Development – APAC Talent Delivery Specialist – Hong Kong As a Talent Delivery Specialist, you are a key employee‑facing ambassador of Bloomberg’s Talent team, helping shape and bring our Talent initiatives to life in ways that inspire individual, team, and organizational growth. Location: Hong KongBusiness Area: Human ResourcesRef #: What’s the role Drive a Learning and Growth Culture; employee engagement; facilitation & activation; collaboration with content leads; subject matter expertise; feedback gathering; business partnership; continuous improvement; facilitate and debrief developmental assessments. You’ll be responsible for Drive a Learning and Growth Culture: help employees connect formal learning with on‑the‑job experiences. Employee Engagement & Representation: serve as a visible, trusted representative of the Talent team. Facilitation & Activation: bring Talent Development portfolio to all levels of employees, adapting content to Bloomberg culture. Collaboration with Content Leads: ensure global programs meet APAC needs. Subject Matter Expertise: provide research‑based insights to reinforce applicability. Feedback Gathering & Insights Sharing: collect real‑time feedback and provide insights back to content leads. Business Partnership & Network Activation: position Talent as a critical business enabler. Continuous Improvement Mindset: identify ways to improve delivery, streamline processes, and scale what works. Facilitate and debrief developmental assessments: deliver high‑quality assessment debriefs with support for accreditation. You’ll need to have 10+ years of progressive experience in learning & leadership development, talent management, or organizational development. Proven track record facilitating programs in areas such as leadership development, change management, diversity & inclusion, communication skills. Demonstrated experience facilitating programs for a diverse range of seniority levels, from entry‑level to executive leadership. Strong presence and public speaking abilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Skilled at storytelling, real‑world examples, interactive exercises, and facilitation techniques. Proven ability to facilitate both small and large group sizes. Experience in both in‑person and virtual facilitation with relevant platforms. Track record of adapting facilitation styles to culturally diverse audiences. Fluency in English, additional Asian language a plus. We’d love to see Background in coaching or experience leading coaching circles/group coaching. Certification in specific assessment tools. Experience designing or adapting programs using adult learning theory. Program management experience. Familiarity with enterprise LMS systems. Experience in complex, matrixed, multinational organizations. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast‑paced environment. If this sounds like you Apply if you think we're a good match.
