Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design, planning, and flawless execution of learning programs (both in-person and virtual), delivering a premium, high-touch experience for participants. Manage and optimize digital learning platforms, tools, and content libraries to ensure they remain accurate, engaging, and user-friendly. Handle training logistics: registrations, attendance tracking, engagement monitoring, and follow-up. Proactively identify and implement process improvements through automation, templates, and digital solutions. Create high-quality learning materials, quick-reference guides, e-learning modules, and other digital assets to support ongoing knowledge sharing. Facilitate targeted soft-skills and professional-development workshops tailored to business and individual needs. Oversee relationships with external training providers — from vendor selection and contract/SOW management to scheduling, delivery, and invoicing. Partner closely with internal teams and subject-matter experts to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for all learning-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and coordination across stakeholders. Measure program effectiveness using data, feedback, and analytics; produce insightful reports and dashboards to drive continuous improvement. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3–10 years of relevant experience in learning & development, talent development, or training coordination. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly self-directed with excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong digital fluency and hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), survey platforms, and data visualization/dashboard tools. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
