Finance Transformation Specialist (APAC) Business Partnering | Program Implementation | Operation Excellence | Stakeholder Engagement This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Transformation Specialist (APAC) located in Hong Kong SAR. The role offers exposure across 10+ regions and involves driving innovation, enhancing financial discipline, and enabling data‑led decision‑making. Candidates should possess expertise in day‑to‑day financial management, internal controls design, and cross‑team collaboration – positioning themselves as agents of change within the organization. Daily Responsibilities Assist the Head of Finance with daily finance operations, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with both internal policies and various regional requirements. Coordinate with multiple internal teams to align and continually streamline operating procedures across APAC markets. Implement and support the design of robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and boost operational efficiency. Track and report on key financial and operational metrics, providing actionable insights for management decision‑making and business growth. Contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and longer‑term planning processes through advanced data analysis and modeling. Champion continuous improvement, process optimization, and digital transformation within finance and operations to elevate team performance and adaptability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage. 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or operations, ideally within a multi‑regional context. Demonstrated skills in driving financial process transformation, internal controls, and cross‑team collaboration. High proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using digital financial platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills – able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. Innovative, adaptable, and passionate about elevating the finance function’s role in business strategy and success.
