Finance Manager, System & Transformation (SAP) Finance Manager, System & Transformation We are partnering with an MNC to hire a Finance Manager, System & Transformation. This role will lead global finance SAP system transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and enable technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency across multiple regions. Responsibilities: Design and implement a global finance transformation roadmap. Analyze and optimize current finance processes for efficiency. Define requirements for SAP implementations and upgrades. Collaborate with IT to integrate automation tools (RPA, Power BI). Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions. Drive change management and training for new processes. Partner with finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure adoption. Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA qualification required. 8 years' experience in finance or process improvement. Proven track record in finance transformation and global operations. Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and RPA tools. Experience in manufacturing or supply chain sectors preferred. Ability to design processes independently and manage change. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and innovative mindset.
