Vice President, Finance System Solutions Join to apply for the Vice President, Finance System Solutions role at The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited Job Description Working within the Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels) corporate office in Hong Kong, we are seeking a Vice President, Finance System Solutions to oversee the implementation of SUN systems and existing finance system infrastructure as well as guide the Group's overall system operational processes. This leadership role will be instrumental in managing the vendors, internal stakeholders and operational champions to ensure the project success whilst cascading the overall adoption of USALI throughout the organisation. Work for a highly prestigious and renowned hospitality group Directly report to the CFO Exceptional benefits such as comprehensive medical insurance, pension and bonus Key Accountabilities Oversees the finance system solutions function and evaluate the infrastructure / effectiveness to ensure business objectives and deliverables are met Oversee and manage implementation of Sun Systems throughout the Company Lead the Finance System Solutions team including vendor partners, consultants etc within budgets, timelines and resourcing allocation Guide finance system business partnering throughout the Company, as well as external stakeholders to ensure alignment, and deliverables are met and understood Provide oversight for system administration, compliance, maintenance, policies and overall governance frameworks Ensure timely audits and assessments of the finance systems are undertaken to identify areas for improvement and required updates are implemented Coach and mentor operational colleagues pertaining to USALI standards, reporting, with efficient reporting and workflow practices Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate all finance systems with other IT solutions and ensure seamless interoperability and data exchange Develop and maintain a comprehensive user training programme to ensure organisational capability, specifically technical proficiency, adoption and utilisation Ensure the organisation updated with the latest trends and developments in finance technology and recommend upgrades or new systems to enhance the group's financial operations. Produce feasibility studies on Group Procurement regarding strategies, platform and transformation in partnership with Technology and Operations Planning and General requirements A degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology 3-5 years in the Hospitality industry (must have innate working knowledge of USALI) A minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance System implementation with complexity and at a minimum, regional scale (multi-site implementation) Excellent knowledge of technology infrastructure (finance), project management and business partnering Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills Fluent English proficiency with an ability to present to senior leaders We are delighted to receive your CV for further consideration.
