Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Planning and Finance Expense management: take the lead in building the expense budget system, design and optimize the full process of expense reimbursement, and be responsible for daily expense accounting, review, and control to ensure compliant and efficient use of expense. Financial management: Lead the preparation of financial reports (including data collection, logical verification, and result output), coordinate the preparation and implementation tracking of bank’s overall financial budget, and provide accurate financial data support for business decisions. Performance Evaluation Management: Formulate the core assessment indicators, unified statistical standards, and reasonable target values of BSC, monitor the progress of indicator achievement in real time, and simultaneously output assessment data and improvement suggestions to ensure the implementation of the assessment. Prepare for tax calculation and liaise with tax consultants. Detailed checking of Head Office reports to ensure accuracy and on time submission. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Financial management, accounting finance, or other related fields; candidates with financial certificate such as CFA/CPA or ACCA etc. are preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial industry. Well‑versed in computerized accounting system and reporting tools. Detail‑minded, self‑motivated with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
