Assistant Vice President (Product and Project Management - Digitalisation Office) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Assistant Vice President (Product and Project Management - Digitalisation Office) We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Vice President to lead our Product and Project Management Team within Digitalisation Office (“DO”). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and management of innovative digital products and projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions. You will play a critical part in shaping our digital transformation journey while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Job Descriptions Reporting to Vice President (Digitalisation Office), you will be responsible for: Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement; Develop and deliver product roadmaps and enhancement strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders (including end users, solution team, and vendors) while providing technical expertise to align business goals with implementation viability; Establish and maintain best practices for digital product management across DO, ensuring consistent execution and governance; Act as technical project manager to drive end-to-end project delivery of complex digital initiatives from conception to deployment, managing planning, design, development, budgeting, implementation, and rollout; Oversee product operations including system administration, access management, issue diagnosis, bug resolution, and continuous enhancement of digital solutions; and Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement throughout the project & product lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption and change management. Requirements University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines; A minimum of 10 years’ solid experience in digital product management or project management, preferably in the banking, finance and insurance industry, technology companies or professional consultancy services; Proven track record managing enterprise-scale solutions; Experience and knowledge of cloud technology adoption is preferable; Solid understanding of enterprise cloud architecture principles, artificial intelligence application, and design patterns such as microservices and API-first design is a plus; Logical, detailed-minded, and well-organised; and Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills.
