Global career and education services provider Job Description Maintain the Group’s financial reporting systems and to support Group and Regional Finance teams to ensure that internal and external financial reports, budgets and forecasts are accurately reflected in the finance systems Provide finance systems support to end-users through various communication channels users. e.g. e-mail, phone calls Answer finance system usage questions and perform problem analysis on end-users reported incidents Provide training to end users within the Group as required Manage interface between COGNOS Controller, TM1 to ensure the latest financial data reflect in COGNOS Controller for statutory reporting Ensure the code structures are properly maintained when there is new company or new account Update the user groups, user security settings Execute routine system maintenance processes to set up COGNOS Controller properly for month-end closing Manage interface between Microsoft Navision and TM1 to ensure the latest financial data reflect in TM1 for management reporting Ensure the code structures are properly maintained when there is new company or new account Update the user groups, user security settings Execute routine system maintenance processes to set up COGNOS TM1 and Microsoft Navision properly for month-end closing Job Requirements 2+ years of experience of support of Microsoft Navision, COGNOS TM1, COGNOS Controller or similar finance systems in MNC environment Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and basic knowledge of accounting and financial closing process Knowledge of TM1 including Rules, Turbo Integrator and TM1 reporting An aptitude towards systems and IT Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivots, data modelling and reporting using Excel Excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills High levels of personal integrity, and excellent organisational and time-management skills Ability to work to tight deadlines, and work under pressure and remain calm Willingness to take on multiple tasks, and be proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved Willingness to learn, and self motivated and enthusiastic #J-18808-Ljbffr
