Our Causeway Bay office in Times Square has grown by one-third to 30,000 sq ft, with headcount increasing 10-15% to meet surging client demand. We are seeking experienced Relationship Managers with portable client books to join our high-growth team and deliver immediate AUM impact while shaping the future of wealth management in Asia. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Development Proactively source and acquire high-net-worth Chinese clients across Hong Kong and Greater China markets Leverage existing client network and relationships to deliver portable AUM Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand client base Wealth Advisory & Solutions Conduct comprehensive wealth diagnostics and asset allocation reviews Provide holistic financial planning covering investments, estate planning, tax optimization, and succession strategies Present tailored solutions leveraging Noah's full product ecosystem: private equity, hedge funds, real estate, insurance, and global alternatives Relationship Management Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for HNW client portfolios Deliver exceptional client experience through regular reviews, market insights, and proactive communication Organize exclusive client events, seminars, and networking opportunities Partner with internal product specialists, investment teams, and family office services Ensure compliance with all SFC regulations and internal policies Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve quarterly/annual performance targets Required Qualifications Licensing & Experience Hold active SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) licenses in Hong Kong Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office environments Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and AUM growth Network & Track Record Established network of high-net-worth Chinese clients (minimum AUM expectations apply) Proven ability to source new relationships and convert prospects to clients Strong understanding of HNW client needs across cross-border wealth structuring What We Offer Competitive Compensation Market-leading base salary with significant performance-based incentives Top performers command salary uplifts from current packages Attractive commission structure tied to AUM growth and revenue generation Long-term equity participation opportunities for high achievers Platform Advantages Access to institutional-grade investment opportunities typically reserved for large institutions Partnership ecosystem with Sequoia Capital, Blackstone, KKR, and other global leaders Comprehensive product shelf spanning public markets, alternatives, insurance, and bespoke solutions Robust research, investment due diligence, and client servicing support High-growth environment with clear advancement pathways Continuous professional development and training programs Entrepreneurial culture that rewards initiative and innovation Regional and global mobility opportunities within Noah's network Application Questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
