Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager - Personal Banking Promote full range of wealth management products and services to high‑net‑worth customers. Provide quality services and understand customers’ financial needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wealth management products. Pass IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & HKSI papers 1, 7, 8. Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF‑RWM) qualification is an advantage. Strong banking product knowledge. Proactive with excellent communication skills. Self‑motivated, customer‑oriented and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
