Client Manager at Marsh We are seeking a talented individual to join our local Construction Team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Provide technical insurance brokerage support to the construction operations in Hong Kong including the key projects and other contractor tenders or projects. Provide all-rounded support to the Key Accounts Contractors, handle and respond to the client’s enquiry and proposal recommendation. Assist with bid submissions and preparation of tender responses. Research and development of new business opportunities for Hong Kong. Contribute to client relationship management. Assist in the Credit Control of the construction team. Contribution to management reporting for decision making. Assist in the management of the construction sales database. Assist with claims management and ensure it complies with the company standard and guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering or Law or Finance preferred. At least 3 years working experience in general insurance industry or construction industry. Competent communication and client relationship management skills. Ambitious, self-motivated, results driven, team player. Must be proficient in written and spoken English. Good command of Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be of added merit.
