Head of Sales (B2B, Corporate accounts management) Report directly to the Managing Director, developing and executing comprehensive sales and distribution strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market dynamics. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team to enhance performance and ensure achievement of company targets. Maintain a deep understanding of the skincare market and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (such as marketing, product development, and supply chain) and external partners (including key clients and distributors) to ensure alignment on objectives and initiatives. Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners to foster long-term partnerships. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Requirements: BA/MA Degree holder in BA, Finance, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 10 years or above of related hands‑on experiences. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Results‑driven individual with a passion for skincare and beauty. Proven ability to develop sales strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, particularly with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in sales analytics and keen market insight. Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Willingness to travel for business as needed. 5‑day work week, 09:30‑18:30, performance bonus, medical insurance, purchase discounts benefits on company products.
