What We Expect from You Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to expand our presence in the Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets. Identify and pursue new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners. Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth. Maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively following up on leads and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development and sales efforts with product and marketing initiatives. Lead and train the sales team to enhance performance and morale. How We Imagine You Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role; Background in the Education industry or experience in Software sales are highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a start‑up environment. Strategic thinker and leader, able to effectively manage and motivate a team.
