As the core leader for the company’s stock listing preparation and post-listing investor relations management, you will be fully responsible for pre-listing capital market strategy alignment, investor acquisition, and brand value establishment. Additionally, you will oversee the development and maintenance of the investor relations framework post-listing, enhancing the company’s transparency, credibility, and long-term value in the capital market. Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Listing Capital Market Preparation Lead collaboration with investment banks, law firms, auditors, and other intermediaries to ensure efficient progress in listing preparations and compliance with regulatory requirements. Plan and execute communication and roadshow activities with potential investors, supporting the management team in securing financing and attracting strategic investors. Develop the company’s investment narrative framework and refine capital market communication materials (e.g., prospectus supplements, investment value analysis reports). 2. Post-Listing Investor Relations Management Establish and optimize a systematic investor relations management system, including information disclosure, earnings calls, and an investor Q&A database. Regularly assess shareholder structure and market trends, formulating targeted investor engagement strategies to improve interaction efficiency. Maintain long-term relationships with Hong Kong stock analysts, institutional investors, and key shareholders, strengthening trust and support in the capital market. 3. Market Value and Strategic Alignment Monitor the company’s stock performance and industry competitor benchmarks, providing professional market value fluctuation analysis and optimization recommendations to management. Collaborate with the CFO and strategic team to translate business achievements into capital market-recognized language, enhancing value communication and market recognition. Qualifications Education and Experience Master’s degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field from a top-tier domestic or international university. Over 8 years of experience in investment banking (ECM/DCM) or investor relations for Hong Kong stocks/Chinese concept stocks, with successful leadership in at least 1-2 Hong Kong or U.S. projects. Preference given to candidates with prior experience as an investor relations manager at a Hong Kong-listed company. Core Competencies In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules, information disclosure requirements, and capital market operations. Exceptional ability to craft investment narratives, with the capability to independently prepare roadshow materials and analyst briefings. Strong cross-departmental coordination and senior-level communication skills, with the ability to thrive under the high-pressure demands of preparations. Additional Requirements Highly sensitive to industry trends, with the ability to quickly interpret business strategies and convert them into capital market language. Proven crisis management skills, capable of effectively handling unexpected events in the capital market.
