Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Creative Officer’) Communications and Public Relations Office Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Creative Officer’) (Ref. C) (Closing date: December 9, 2025) We are seeking a versatile graphic designer for the role of ‘Creative Officer’ to create engaging multi-format solutions that effectively communicate with diverse audiences and create impactful experiences. He/She will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across physical and digital mediums. Responsibilities Design, produce and maintain core university collateral, including publication layouts, event décor, social media graphics (static & animated), web designs, e-newsletters, and illustrated assets. Execute photo editing, retouching, colour correction and compositing to maintain the highest quality visual standards across all platforms. Support the alignment of visual brand consistency and evolving style guidelines. Liaise with stakeholders and production vendors to translate strategic vision into innovative design products. Undertake any assigned special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. Excellent digital illustration and graphic design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout and typography. Solid understanding of print production and digital asset preparation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Outstanding organisational, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills. High level of motivation and meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in English and Chinese. Expert proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud’s design, photo and motion graphics software. Experience with Figma, Notion, and AI tools, or ability to learn quickly, is advantageous.
