Under our systematic training program and the guidance of senior mentors, you will: Learn to Draft & Prosecute: Assist in drafting high-quality patent specifications in English and Chinese and support the prosecution of patent applications. Analyze Technology: Dive deep into technical disclosure documents from top-tier clients to identify and articulate patentable inventions. Master Legal Arguments: Learn to analyze examination reports and assist in preparing persuasive arguments to overcome objections. Develop Client Skills: Support senior professionals in client communications and learn the fundamentals of patent advisory. Systematic Training: Participate actively in our comprehensive internal training program, covering everything from fundamental patent law to advanced prosecution strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Master’s degree or above in a relevant engineering or science discipline, such as Communications, Electronics, Automation, Control, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields. Experience: No prior industry experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome and strongly encouraged to apply. Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who received their undergraduate education in a Chinese-medium environment and their postgraduate education in an English-medium environment.
