This role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed oncology sales targets for NGS and molecular diagnostic products. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to existing and prospective clients, delivering expert product knowledge and aftersales service. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the oncology customer base. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to support customer needs and service delivery. Stay abreast of market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and report sales performance and pipeline status regularly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or other related fields. At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in NGS or pharmaceutical oncology sales. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results‑driven with a track record of meeting sales targets through incentive‑based programs. Positive, entrepreneurial, self‑driven attitude with can‑do spirit.
