Senior Sales Executive – Food Packaging Solutions About Us: At Easeca, we are at the forefront of the packaging industry, delivering wide‑variety food packaging products that meet the needs of a dynamic market. As a company with a global sales footprint, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our ranks and contribute to our tradition of excellence. The Role The Senior Sales Executive shall be confident, initiative‑taking and detail‑oriented in managing tenders and customer orders, while also providing support for project revamps and the preparation of new client requests. Key Responsibilities Actively prospect, develop, and close new business with food manufacturers, meat & poultry processors, QSR chains, bakeries, and retail brands. Proactively manage requests from new clients, including the development of detailed quotations, project proposals, and initial service arrangements. Take charge of the tender process, from preparation and submission to follow‑up, ensuring that we meet all requirements and deadlines for our major clients. Attend trade shows, food expos, and industry events (e.g., HOFEX, ECO‑Expo, etc.). Help in organizing and managing exhibitions, including coordination, materials preparation, and ensuring a strong presence to enhance business development opportunities. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in client‑facing roles, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Good command of reading and writing in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. At least 5 years in B2B sales (preferably in food packaging, FMCG, food processing, or related industries). Proven sales record in food packaging or FMCG ingredients with managing large client accounts. Holder of relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma (any stream). Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast‑paced business environments. Technical understanding of food packaging materials (PE, PP, PET, BOPP, laminated films, etc.) is a big plus. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to create impactful presentations and documents is a plus. Familiar with SAP for business operations management.
