Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for retail products, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management. Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, replenishment, and optimisation. Develop and execute branding strategies to boost brand awareness. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities. Conduct continuous P&L analysis to track performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Requirements: Diploma holder or above. Passion or experience in the food industry is an advantage. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to travel overseas and mainland China for business needs. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
