Responsibilities Collaborate closely with various internal departments to understand customer preferences and shopping behaviors, translating these insights into impactful visual merchandising displays. Manage inventory for internal VM stock and oversee VM replenishment for retail, including the logistics and shipping of VM tools to boutiques. Execute window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales. Support new boutique opening set-up and provide trainings for front line staff. Conduct regular store/market visits to assess the quality of VM to ensure all displays meet the global standard. Work with different departments in planning, scheduling and execution of VM calendar including new ideas for each new season/collection/theme for the retail team and wholesale network according to campaign theme. About the Candidate Bachelor's Degree or above, with a major in design-related fields preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Jewelry or Watch industry, specifically in window displays and in-store visual merchandising. Organized and able to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties. Self‑motivated, independent and proactive. Be able to work under pressure and unpredictable occurrences with tight deadlines.
