Senior IT Administrator To cope with business growth, our client is currently looking for high calibre to join their team. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze customer preferences and shopping patterns, turning these insights into compelling visual merchandising concepts. Oversee visual merchandising inventory and coordinate timely replenishment for retail stores, including logistics planning and shipment of VM tools and materials. Create and implement window schemes, in‑store displays, and product presentations that enrich the customer journey and contribute to sales growth. Support new boutique openings by coordinating VM set‑up and training front‑line staff, covering prop ordering, display guidelines, and installation of opening displays. Carry out regular store and market visits to review visual standards and ensure displays consistently meet global requirements in terms of props condition, cleanliness, aesthetics, and visibility. Partner with multiple departments to plan, schedule, and deliver the VM calendar, introducing fresh concepts for each season, collection, and campaign across retail and wholesale channels. Provide support on additional ad‑hoc assignments and projects when required. Requirements Hold a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a design‑related discipline. At least 3–5 years of experience in the jewelry or watch sector, with hands‑on exposure to window displays and in‑store visual merchandising. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Self‑driven, independent, and proactive in proposing and executing creative ideas. Able to perform under pressure and handle unforeseen situations while meeting tight deadlines.
