Assistant Store Planning and VM Manager (Sports Brand) Our client is a sports brand. They are looking for an Store Planning and VM Manager to join the team. Responsibilities: Work closely with HQ on design and develop the retail format, plans and guidelines for the bra Handling setting up and coordinates new store opening, store upgrading and maintenances projects Monitor and execute thematic store windows and visual implementation plan Provide guidance and regular training for retail team in production projects including window displays, in-store highlights, events and promotions Monitor VM budget and project planning Prepare VM reports for management use Regular store visits and provide VM support and coordinate with different departments Collaborate with internal and external teams, including operations and contractors Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure all milestones are met according to project schedules Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that all work is being performed to the required standards of quality and sustainability Requirements: Degree or above in relevant discipline At least 5 years' visual merchandising experience in retail industry Good team player with strong supervisory and project management skills Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese Contractors / Vendors with VM background are also welcome All information provided will be treated in strict confidence and used solely for recruitment purposes.
