OpenShift Platform Architect – Hong Kong (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Platform Architect who will lead complex migration initiatives, design scalable OpenShift platform architectures, and drive automation across virtualization and containerization environments. Contract: 6 months (subject to extension) Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement OpenShift (OCP) platform solutions to support migration programs. Develop end-to migration strategies and processes for applications, VMs, and containers across diverse platforms. Work extensively with virtualization technologies and app/container virtualization frameworks. Manage enterprise storage platforms, including Pure Storage and Dell Storage , and support network stretching requirements. Ensure zero-touch VM build capabilities and automate deployment workflows. Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless, non–lift-and-shift migrations. Lead automation efforts using Ansible , AIP platform , and Terraform , including automation for shell scripts and VM provisioning. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and oversight throughout the migration lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience as an OpenShift / OCP Platform Architect , with hands‑on involvement in migration or transformation projects. Strong background in virtualization technologies and containerization frameworks. Practical experience with enterprise storage solutions such as Pure Storage and Dell Storage , and solid understanding of network architecture. Expertise in infrastructure automation using Ansible , AIP platform , and Terraform . Ability to design, document, and execute complex migration processes across multi‑platform environments. Familiarity with zero-touch VM builds , infrastructure‑as‑code, and end‑to‑end automation pipelines.
