Job Description - Part-time Research Associate/Assistant I/II/Technical Assistant (Project No: R2081) (B&A) (25000GL)

For research project "Dealing with deceptive and misleading advertising practices in livestream selling with influencers in China: The regulatory developments, limitations and potential for Improvement" (Project No. R2081)

We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration :

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Conducting literature reviews on existing legal frameworks, related case laws and academic articles;
  • Assisting in the collection of data from various sources;
  • Conducting data analysis; and
  • Assisting with other research tasks as needed.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • A master's degree in law or a related discipline; and
  • Prior experience on legal research, or research in a related discipline.

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
