About the role GOODHUB LIMITED is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our team in our offices in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full‑time position where you will play a critical role in driving the financial direction and growth of our organisation. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance Provide expert financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision‑making Ensure the company maintains a strong financial position and meets all regulatory and reporting requirements Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks Lead tax planning, treasury management, and investment/financing projects to enhance return on capital Lead the finance team, mentoring and developing their skills to drive continuous improvement Represent the company to external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred. Fully qualified accountant with professional chartership (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent). A Securities Industry Qualification is a strong plus. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including: Substantial experience in a Big Four or leading international accounting firm in an audit role, progressing to Project Manager Proven track record in senior financial management roles within sizable corporations Deep, hands‑on experience with financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and internal control frameworks Demonstrated expertise in financial due diligence and investment risk assessment, ideally from both the advisory (audit firm) and corporate (investment fund/company) perspectives Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior management and decision‑making committees What we offer At GOODHUB LIMITED, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
