About the role As the Chief Finance Officer at Marvel Steel Trading Corporation Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy and operations of this dynamic organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this full-time position is based in our San Po Kong, Wong Tai Sin District offices. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring Marvel Steel Trading Corporation Ltd maintains financial stability and drives continued growth. Responsibilities Developing and implementing effective financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives. Directing the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide senior management with timely, accurate financial information. Managing the accounting team and overseeing all financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance. Analysing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. Liaising with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to ensure compliance and maximise financial efficiency. Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business as a member of the senior leadership team. Qualifications Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, with at least 10 years of experience in senior finance roles within the manufacturing or trading industry. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
