We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who possesses both a solid understanding of the digital asset landscape and substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join our executive leadership team. Role Overview As CFO, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and execution for our organization. Your expertise will guide us through strategic investments, mergers, and acquisitions, helping to shape our financial future in the evolving cryptocurrency market. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and risk tolerance in the cryptocurrency sector. M&A Strategy: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities that enhance the company’s market position and strategic capabilities. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, providing actionable insights to the executive team. Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions, effectively communicating the company’s financial health and strategic direction. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions and M&A activities. Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards involved in the virtual asset industry, including M&A compliance. Team Development: Mentor and lead the finance team, promoting professional growth and fostering a high-performance culture. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate financial perspectives into corporate strategy and operational performance. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role involving M&A in the cryptocurrency or virtual asset sector. Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory considerations related to digital assets and M&A. Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities with a proven ability to navigate complex financial transactions. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of presenting financial insights to diverse audiences.
