Assistant Manager, Digital Innovation and Growth (Program Coordination) (Insurance) Client Description Company Description: A leading life insurance provider in Hong Kong offering comprehensive financial protection and wealth management solutions. This organization is committed to digital transformation and customer engagement through innovative programs.Location: Cityplaza, Taikoo ShingNature: Renewable Contract (12-month contract) Job Description Assist in the formulation and execution of member management and communication strategies for the digital program. Conduct analysis on digital program usage and member behaviors to provide actionable insights. Manage and execute the procurement of vouchers and maintain the operational redemption store inventory. Load, validate, and maintain data essential for generating operational reports and performance dashboards. Coordinate and execute logistics for offline and face-to-face member activities and events. Handle various program administrative tasks and provide essential support to the program lead as required. Support team efforts in the creation and enhancement of mobile application features and user journeys. Ensure all program operations adhere to complicated internal work procedures and compliance guidelines. Job Requirements Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field. Have four or more years of working experience in digital operations, marketing support, or a similar administrative role. Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively manage time-sensitive operational workflows and deadlines. Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks. Show curiosity about data and a willingness to learn basic analytics techniques for program monitoring. Be a passionate learner and proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset. Possess excellent communication skills necessary for effective cross-team and external coordination.
