Nature: Renewable Contract (Initial period is 6 or 12 months) Job Title: Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Digital Innovation and Growth (Program/Product Coordination) (Insurance) Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer role. Responsibilities Drive continuous digital improvement initiatives through data-driven insights, research on emerging technologies, and supporting application creation. Act as the primary liaison for effective cross‑functional collaboration between business units and technical development teams throughout project implementation. Lead the full product development lifecycle by translating business requirements into actionable user stories and prioritised IT backlogs (for Product Coordination focus). Assist in the formulation and execution of member management and communication strategies for the digital program (for Program Coordination focus). Manage and execute the procurement of vouchers, maintain the operational redemption store inventory, and coordinate logistics for offline member activities and events. Load, validate, and maintain data essential for generating operational reports and performance dashboards. Support daily digital platform maintenance, including proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and administrative coordination. Ensure all program operations and digital platform enhancements adhere to complicated internal work procedures and compliance guidelines. Conduct analysis on digital program usage and member behaviours to provide actionable insights for decision‑making. Requirements Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Have a minimum of two to four years of professional experience in digital operations, product management, or marketing support, preferably for web or mobile applications. Demonstrate strong technical acumen, including hands‑on experience in testing Android and iOS platforms and proficiency in content management system operations (e.g., WordPress or Sitecore is preferred) for Product Coordination focus. Hold an Agile or Scrum certification, or have equivalent practical experience utilising iterative development methodologies for Product Coordination focus. Exhibit demonstrated expertise in using the Atlassian tools suite, such as Jira and Confluence, for effective project documentation and workflow management. Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively manage time‑sensitive operational workflows and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail. Show curiosity about data and a willingness to learn analytics techniques for programme monitoring and reporting. Possess excellent communication skills necessary for effective cross‑team and external coordination. Prior exposure to customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a significant advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
