As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of effective digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, interaction, and community growth. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and our target audience. Support the planning, creation, and execution of engaging digital content and campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Help with research on audience interests, trends, and influencers to inform marketing efforts. Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual assets, such as images, videos, and messaging. Use digital marketing tools to schedule content, monitor activity, and assist in compiling basic performance reports. Track key metrics and indicators under guidance, analyzing simple data to support team decisions and optimizations. Stay updated on digital trends and share innovative ideas. Respond to audience feedback promptly to foster positive interactions. Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, design, product) for consistent messaging. Learn key regulations and ethical standards to ensure compliant initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related areas. Basic understanding of major digital platforms, their features, and content best practices. Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics basics; experience with ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines. A curious, data‑curious mindset with interest in learning to interpret metrics and spot trends. Creative flair with an eye for engaging visuals and writing; bonus if you’ve dabbled in content creation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration and audience interaction. Adaptable and eager to learn in the fast‑paced world of digital marketing.
