Our client, a well-known retail company, is seeking a strategic digital marketing professional to drive impactful online advertising initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to become the go-to expert for digital advertising, driving brand awareness, customer engagement and eCommerce performance through innovative strategies. The organisation is a well-established leader operating in the Retail sector. Description In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, eCommerce, and paid advertising. You will manage omnichannel campaigns, oversee content strategy, and optimise performance through data insights and A/B testing. Team work is key—you'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity to become the expert in online advertising for a retail brand, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and eCommerce performance through innovative digital strategies. If you have strong experience in digital advertising, a passion for data, and the ability to work well across teams, this role is for you. Profile Requirements: We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and online advertising, ideally within retail or luxury sectors. You should be proficient in tools like Google, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, and Shopify, and have solid knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and UX/UI. Experience in media planning and buying is highly preferred. If you have strong number crunch, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital innovation, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a team based mindset. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
