In this role, you’re expected to: Perform independent Client Onboarding KYC due diligence for new and existing clients across teams such as private bankers, operations and compliance. Review client profiles and work with banker teams to fulfill onboarding requirements, ensuring full compliance with bank AML/KYC standards, local laws and regulations. Perform Client Name Screening disposition, Sanctions review and Enhanced Due Diligence. Identify and highlight suspicious money‑laundering activities, deficiencies and other non‑compliance issues to management. Prepare client risk assessments and various MIS reports for management reporting to facilitate relevant reviews and strengthen control processes. Observe ongoing gap analysis on policies and standards versus existing processes, identifying improvement initiatives for streamlining KYC and onboarding. Act as SME to other stakeholders. Focus on timely and accurate delivery of all responsibilities, delivering superior customer service and resolving issues per service level agreements and accuracy standards. Manage day‑to‑day volume processing, including in‑process, pending and service‑related activities, ensuring requirements are clearly defined for all KYC scenarios. Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members to facilitate open communication of issues, needs and queries. Highlight complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact. Establish and maintain strong risk management practices, ensuring a robust processing environment with effective controls. Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, protecting firm reputation, client assets and compliance with applicable laws and policies. Participate in continuous on‑the‑job training for end‑to‑end product knowledge. Operate with limited supervision, exercising independent judgment and autonomy, demonstrating diligence, motivation and organizational skills. Desired Skills and Experience 3‑5 years of experience in KYC/AML process, compliance, operations, risk and control functions. Strong interpersonal skills, proactive team player, able to work independently, with excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across levels, businesses, and geographies. Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high‑volume, time‑sensitive, high‑risk environment. Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases and managing internal team expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and clear written/verbal communication.
