Number of Vacancy: 1 Relevant Field: Others Nature Contract: Deadline: 08 Dec 2025 Contract Period: 03 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (11 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer: Business Government T26 Contract Location: Base HK Island and Correctional Facilities of the CSD at Hong Kong Region or other locations as required Work in Guangdong Province: N/A Monthly Salary Range: HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To provide helpdesk support to the public and technical support for the Integrated Custodial and Rehabilitation Management System (iCRMS), including the on‑site installation and support services at a number of Correctional Facilities. Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full‑time second to serve the CSD; the proposed staff shall be responsible for providing help desk support to the public and technical support for the application systems and IT infrastructure that includes, but not limited to, the following: Provide help desk support to public users; Report issues to internal project team; Provide on‑site installation and support services for the iCRMS related hardware/software systems (e.g. PC, mobile devices, self‑service kiosk computer, RFID application systems, etc.) and iCRMS applications at correctional institutions; Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Experience Yrs of Total Post‑Quali Exp: 0.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp: 2.0 Requirements (1) The proposed staff must have working experience in providing helpdesk support on system applications. (2) Excellent communication skills. (3) Good command of Chinese and English. (4) Self‑motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro‑active, fast learning and good team player. (5) Working at remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required. (6) Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required. Technical Skills At least 6 months' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM); 6 months' experience in Internet/Intranet (INT) is an advantage; 6 months' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS) is an advantage; 6 months' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage. Non‑Technical Skills At least 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); At least 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS); 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; Good spoken English is an advantage; 6 months' experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage; Good coordination skills is an advantage. At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent; At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
