Job Title & Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 56714-1) Job Information Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 15 Dec 2025 Contract Period 01 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other areas in Hong Kong subject to operational need Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature System development and maintenance for IT projects/systems in Labour Department (LD) Responsibilities Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD To take part in all phases of IT projects including feasibility/technical study, systems analysis and design, procurement and systems installation, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance To assist in project planning, resource planning, project management, vendor management and quality management for IT projects and outsourcing services, including quality assurance of deliverables, progress monitoring, service acceptance, etc. To assist in leading and monitoring the IT support team for on‑going support, development, testing and deployment of enhancements for IT systems To provide technical support for procurement of hardware, software and services To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors May work in various locations, including Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other area in Hong Kong May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future Experience Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Must have experience in SSADM Must have experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support Must have experience in Microsoft SQL Server Must have experience in IT Service/Outsourcing Management Must have work experience in the Government Experience in Microsoft ASP.NET is highly desirable Experience in Web Services is highly desirable Experience in Smartcard Technology is desirable Experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures is highly desirable Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English Written test may be required during the interview Technical Skills At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); At least 5 years' experience in SSADM (SDM);At least 4 years' experience in Smartcard Technology (SMT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); At least 4 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
